Description

Develop the elite mindset skills the world’s premier athletes use to compete at the highest levels. Taught by Christian Straka, the Global Mindset Coach for adidas™ Runners, in this introductory training to MindSize, you'll learn the three mental skills you can develop consistently to reach and sustain peak mental and physical performance while engaged in any athletic activity. In this "Bronze" level training, you'll be introduced to the 3 C's: Concentration, Clarity, and Coolness. You'll be developing these three skills throughout this course with instruction, guided mental practices, and special exercises you can do before, during, and after any athletic activity. You'll also be introduced to Feel Out, Feel In, Feel Rest, Feel Space, which will form the core of your practice techniques as you develop world-class mindset skills.
